O que há de novo no S4? Do ponto de vista do usuário, nossa meta desde o começo era tornar o System 4 e o software relacionado mais fáceis de serem usados. Realizamos isso de duas maneiras: PRIMEIRO: SUBSTITUÍMOS O PAINEL DE CONTROLE FÍSICO POR UMA INTERFACE DE USUÁRIO GRÁFICA (GUI) A interface gráfica de usuário na tela de toque elimina qualquer confusão do controle do painel ou do controle do computador. SEGUNDO: O PRÓPRIO SOFTWARE FOI SIMPLIFICADO E APERFEIÇOADO; AS ÁREAS ANTERIORMENTE CONFUSAS FORAM ESPECIFICADAS. Tela de operação do dinamômetro simplificada Informações atuais reorganizadas de modo que sejam selecionadas para aparecer conforme a necessidade. No software anterior, tudo estava na tela, houvesse a necessidade ou não. Na versão 4 do software as informações aparecem e desaparecem conforme a necessidade usando Windows convencional; minimizar, restaurar e fechar funções. Os Ícones operacionais foram reorganizados no lado esquerdo da tela para facilitar a operação em sequência da seleção de um paciente, protocolo, definição de faixa de movimento e impressão de relatório. A área de visualização também foi aumentada, de modo que o display de Torque, Posição e Velocidade em tempo real preencha a maior parte da tela. Definição de Alcance de movimento reorganizado para deixar o que precisa ser feito mais óbvio e mais fácil de realizar. NOVO END BY % OF FATIGUE [Terminar por % de fadiga] Em Biofeedback, um turno de exercício pode ser realizado quando o trabalho para uma repetição cair abaixo de um limite (tal como uma percentagem do trabalho). IMPRIME TODOS OS RELATÓRIOS Imprime todos os relatórios do arquivo para um paciente selecionado sem ter que selecionar novamente o nome. - Um recurso conveniente e que economiza tempo quando é necessário recuperar um registro completo de reabilitação e de teste. IMPULSO TOTAL ISOMÉTRICO ADICIONADO PARA RELATÓRIOS ISOMÉTRICOS DE AVALIAÇÃO AMPLA E GERAL Impulso é a média de torque/tempo de contração. A unidade de medida é pés-lb/seg (Nm/seg). O teste isométrico é um meio comum de avaliar uma articulação enquanto evita uma área particular de ROM. O impulso está para a isometria como o trabalho está para a isocinética. Como não há distância com isometria, o tempo é usado. FERRAMENTAS DE SIMULAÇÃO DE TRABALHO DEFINIDAS Os nomes da ferramenta de simulação de trabalho são especificados e indicados nos relatórios de progresso tornando as ferramentas de trabalho mais utilizáveis para as avaliações. DESEMPENHO MAIOR DO DINAMÔMETRO O dinamômetro de desempenho maior permite uma ampla disposição de aplicações que servem uma base de pacientes igualmente ampla. Oferece 33% a mais de torque excêntrico agora oferece até 400 pés-lb (544 Nm) de torque excêntrico para atender as necessidades dos atletas mais fortes de hoje. 10 X menos capacidade de força - As forças do System 4 podem ter apenas 0,5 pés-lb (0,7 Nm).
